Terms and Conditions
We
will accept returns of goods shipped correctly according to your order, and
give full refunds, where the product has not been opened, used or damaged.
Return shipping costs in this case will normally be at your expense, and we can
only credit you on safe receipt of the goods into our hands, identifying the
reason for the return.
Please note that refunds are made by the same method of payment that you used
to pay us: credit card payments will be reimbursed to the same credit card
account that you used to purchase the goods.
If incorrect goods have been sent to you, then return shipping will be at our expense and we will refund you for both the goods and their shipping on receipt of the goods.
